Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within thirty (30) days of the date of your purchase for an exchange or refund.

The following terms and conditions apply.

Please do the following:

Call 951-281-7371 Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm to request a Return Authorization Number, (RA)

Write the RA number, On the front of your sales receipt (enclosed with your purchase), describe the reason for the return and whether you would like to (1) exchange the item or (2)  receive a refund of the amount that you actually paid for the returned item.

Pack and seal your return with the sales receipt.

Send the package prepaid and insured to us at the address below. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

The following limitations and exclusions apply:

You must have a valid sales receipt in order to receive a refund. If you do not have a valid receipt, we will exchange the merchandise for the same merchandise only – no substitutes.

Merchandise must be new, unwashed, unworn, and not damaged to exchange or receive a refund.

If you request and are eligible for a refund, we will refund the price paid by you for the returned item. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable unless you received the wrong item or the item sent is defective or damaged at the time you receive it.
